If you are not happy with your order please contact us first to let us know what the issue is. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Maximum Liability is limited to refund of purchase price only.

Please inform us within 5 days of arrival that you wish to return the product. Jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition that it was received in the original gift box.
Return shipping, tracking, and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. 
Once the product is received and inspected you will be refunded the purchase price of merchandise.
All returns must be shipped in a timely manner.

Custom orders and Commissions are final and non-returnable.

Lost Items:

If an item or component of any item is lost for any reason I am not responsible for replacing or refunding the price of the item.

All chains, clasps, pins, earring findings/hooks etc are all purchased from third party suppliers. I do not create them, therefore I do not guarantee these items.
